Minutes later I received a call asking if someone could come within the next hour to fix the issue. Within the hour a technician arrived and within probably twenty minutes the issue was fixed. I would recommend Window World to anyone because not only are we pleased with their products, we now know first hand that they stand behind their products even years later.
