During this time, your health is our utmost priority. To ensure your well-being, we are doing everything we can to provide you with a simple and safe home improvement experience. Learn more about the precautions we’re taking below.
To our past, current, and future customers,
COVID-19 has forced us to adapt our processes in order to safely serve you. As the situation continues to develop, we wanted to update you on the precautions we’re taking to evolve our operations and protect you, your family, and our staff.
Due to the newly mandated official state guidelines (which can be found here), our showroom is closed, but we are still permitted to be Open For Business through Telecommuting or Working from Home. We are ready to take calls and serve our customers and we are taking all necessary precautions to keep our people safe and protected.
We have implemented a variety of safety measures in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and the state of Connecticut. These measures include our in-home cleanliness standards and recent updates to our installation services. Keep reading to learn more about our adjusted processes, and as always, thank you for your support during this time.

When entering your home, it’s our job to create an environment that’s safe and comfortable for both you and our staff. Here is what you can expect from us inside your home.
Our technicians and representatives will refrain from shaking hands or any physical contact during your consultation.
If you are not feeling well on your scheduled appointment date, contact us, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your consultation.
Before entering your home, our team members thoroughly wash their hands and sanitize any products and materials.
As we take measurements throughout your home, we’ll notify you each time we change rooms so you and your family can relocate as needed.
Although the majority of our installation services occur on the exterior of your home, your safety remains our #1 priority. That’s why we’ve taken several additional precautions to fully protect you and your family on installation day.
If your assigned installer is not feeling well on the day of your installation, we’ll contact you and reschedule your appointment.
Should we need to enter your home, our technicians will remain at least six feet from you and your family members.
If inside your home, you will be notified ahead of time so you can self-isolate in a room separate from your installer.
You shouldn’t have to wait on your home improvement project. With the Window World Virtual Consultation, you’re able to remotely connect with a Window World representative, discuss your renovation goals and receive a product demonstration–all from the comfort of home.
From all of us here at Window World of Connecticut, our thoughts, hearts, and prayers are with you. We thank you sincerely for choosing Window World, a family-owned, locally operated company.
